Over 125 years ago, Braunger Foods was founded by Anthony J. Braunger. His plan was simple: open a storefront that only provides the finest cuts of Midwest beef and pork to his customers. Since opening, Braunger Foods has evolved into a valued, broad-line Food Distribution company, all the while maintaining a dedication to quality meats.

Our plant is inspected daily by the USDA to assure that our procedures are in compliance with USDA standards. We also use fully developed HAACP guidelines to carefully monitor chains of custody and critical control points in our operations. All our meat products are cut and packaged to exacting standards under continuous refrigeration with constantly monitored checkpoints.
